Victoria's Approach

At Solace Counseling LLC, Victoria's therapeutic philosophy is built on the foundation of authenticity and respect. Victoria provides a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically.

As a therapist, she draws from a range of evidence-based modalities and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, and more. However, she understands that no single approach works for everyone, which is why she adopts an eclectic approach to therapy. Together, you will explore different techniques and strategies to find what resonates best with you.

 

Central to Victoria's approach is the belief in your inherent strengths and resilience. She views therapy as a collaborative process where you work together to uncover your unique strengths, cultivate new coping skills, and empower you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
